The provider and contracting seller for the Coach Kit and separate technical Premium Setup is Arne Kellmann, Odenwaldstraße 134L, 64372 Ober-Ramstadt, Germany, contact@arnekellmann.de. Arne develops and fulfils the kit and is responsible for product quality and support. For digital purchases, Sold through Link, LLC uses Stripe Managed Payments as merchant of record to handle payment and taxes in supported countries. Payment takes place in Link checkout; Link provides payment and tax receipts.
The offer is intended for adult purchasers. Kit launch markets include the entire EU, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, plus other countries with Managed Payments tax coverage. The complete selection appears in the step before checkout. You must select your actual billing country there. If the billing country confirmed in the payment record falls outside the supported list, the kit is not automatically unlocked; we review the order and any refund separately. The external Link checkout can technically accept other countries. Worldwide availability is not promised.
Coach Kit: €69 once
The base price is €69 including applicable taxes. Checkout may display a localized currency; its final total, currency and tax details are authoritative before payment. You receive the digital NuroStride Coach Kit with a personal browser-generated profile and starting context, core methods, optional Sub-2:55 context, templates, local Python calculators and twelve months of access to published package updates from purchase. There is no automatic renewal or NuroStride chat subscription.
Purchase and payment are possible only when checkout is enabled. While the site states that sales are being prepared, no order is placed. When sales are active, review the price, product and payment terms in the “Sold through Link” checkout and complete its payment-obligation step. Download access is enabled after confirmed payment. Link provides payment and tax receipts; NuroStride separately sends the contract/access confirmation with your private access link.

You can continue using lawfully downloaded versions after the update period. No particular number or fixed schedule of new releases is promised. Statutory remedies for defects and required updates remain unaffected by the twelve-month period. § 327f BGB
Premium Setup: €249 total
The technical setup offer includes the Coach Kit, preparation for your agreed AI environment and a 60-minute session covering installation, profile review and an initial technical run. Request it first. Scope, timing, price and any treatment of a previously purchased kit are agreed before contract and payment. An enquiry triggers no payment.
The session is a technical setup service. It includes no continuing human sports coaching, medical advice or licence to distribute the kit to coaching clients. A session within the withdrawal period is arranged separately only at your express request.
Requirements and limits
You need a current browser for onboarding and an AI environment that can use your files and working instructions. Claude Skills requires enabled code execution; local calculator use requires Python 3.10 or later. Your AI, model and any MCP accounts and fees are separate. Direct installation instructions cover Claude Skills, Claude Code and Codex; importing into other interfaces depends on their capabilities.
NuroStride provides training methods and local calculation tools. It includes no ready-made watch connections, hosted AI chat, diagnosis, biomarker interpretation, injury forecast or clearance to train. AI recommendations can contain errors; specific outcomes or race times are not guaranteed. Statutory liability and remedies remain unaffected.
Your licence and your files
Purchase grants a non-exclusive, perpetual single-user licence to use the purchased version for your own training planning. You may back it up on your devices, adapt it for yourself and load it into your personally used AI. Your own profiles, training records and generated outputs remain yours; their personal or own commercial use is not restricted.
Resale, public distribution of the kit or substantial package contents, sublicensing and a competing coaching offer based on the package files are not permitted. A licence for coaching clients or teams is not included. These purchase terms and the corresponding LICENSE.md in the kit apply; mandatory consumer rights remain in force.
Withdrawal notice
This offer provides at least 14 days for withdrawal. Additional mandatory rights in your place of residence remain in force. Arne is your contract contact. You can submit your statement through NuroStride; digital payment refunds are coordinated with Stripe/Link. Link’s additional refund policy remains in force. Under that policy Link may issue refunds up to 60 days after purchase; this does not create an unconditional 60-day money-back guarantee. Link’s policy applies where it provides more extensive refunds than our policy.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded. To exercise this right, inform Arne Kellmann, Odenwaldstraße 134L, 64372 Ober-Ramstadt, Germany, contact@arnekellmann.de with an unambiguous statement, for example by email or letter. You may use the sample below but it is not required. Sending the statement before the period expires is sufficient.
You can also exercise your right online using “Withdraw from contract”. Review your details and send the statement with “Confirm withdrawal”. We provide an acknowledgement without undue delay, including its content and receipt date and time, also by email.
On withdrawal, all payments received must be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal. Arne handles your withdrawal as the provider; digital kit repayments are processed through Stripe/Link. Arne also handles the separately agreed setup service. Repayment uses the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, with no reimbursement fees. After the contract ends, you may no longer use or distribute the purchased kit; your own data remains yours.
Immediate digital download does not limit your withdrawal right under this offer. We do not require a waiver or use a preselected waiver field. If you expressly request an early start to a separate setup service, any consequences are specifically agreed and explained beforehand; without that agreement, no compensation for early performance is requested.
